Simon Locke joined the firm at its inception in 1989. He became a salaried partner in 1991 and an equity partner in 1994, and is the firm’s senior partner. Simon heads up the Commercial Property department and is widely recognised for his experience in handling complex property transactions, including dealing with tax issues. Martin Miller qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and joined the firm in January 2001, having previously been a partner in two west end firms and a senior solicitor with Salans, a city based international law firm. Martin became a partner in the firm in July 2001. Martin specialises in all aspects of Commercial Property, Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Employment Law.
